Default connecting to a domain

some muppet has taken a pc out of the domain and cant make it join back into it. It says it doesnt recognise the domain name. The pc was orginally done by ris. It wants to be re rissed but the guid it has is being used by another pc (thought that couldnt happen cos it creates a new one, i guess it can) without messing with that other one, howd you create a ris image with a different guid or different computer name?

RIS = Remote Installation Service
GUID = Globally Unique Identifier (IIRC)

Never used RIS myself.

yeah its good for making fast disk images, for standard setups & stuff.

Got it working, there was a mix-up in computer names, some other muppet (not me this time) hadnt been naming computers properly.
