how do I save my Emails ?
I did this before but I cant seem to do it this time.
I am busy wiping the HDD on my laptop and want to back up my address book and inbox from Outlook Express.
How do I go about this ?

To save Messages
Open Outlook Express and go to Tools\Options\Maintenance. Click on Store Folder, copy the contents of the entire folder
To save address Book
Open outlook Express and go to export and select Address book. Select either TXT file or CSV (I'd choose CSV) and the specify a filename and directory. Select the options you wish to carry across (Name, address, Nick name etc.) and then save. Simple
The reason I have not given instructions for exporting outlook messages is because I've seen it go wrong to many times. I find that copying the entire folder is much more reliable.
