Pcs playing up and Norton wont load, and everytime i go on Symantecs website it just brings up my shared folder contents in a list

Go to the following link. Download and run onto ur pc. Help u sus out whether or not u have a virus or not. When u switch on the pc, go into safe mode and-or press F8 and logon to system and run the utilitu from the website below.
