can this be done- when i create PDFs (which i do a lot as i scan all my office paperwork) the save as pop up has my docs but the client files folder i save the pdfs into is a long way inside that folder- thus i have to click through 5 or so folders to find the one i want- can i add the folder i need to the pop up?

Check in Options/Preferences for the PDF creation software (Acrobat??) to see if you can change the default file location
