Default Small Laptops

Looking at buying a Sony PCGTR2MP - small one with 1 Ghz Centrino chip - just wondered if any of you guys had experience and if the performance has been compromised for portability too much ?

Also looking at using a company called www.vizik.com - they seem to be avoiding VAT so are very cheap - are they reliable ?

www.apple.com/powerbook

12" screen instead of 10" no performance loss at all (1.33Ghz PowerPC G4 - quick), nicer and way cooler

Edit to add, there are lots of offers around at the mo for the recently replaced 1.25 12" powerbook. As its just had this update.

I work with pc's day in day out. Sony, Dell , Toshiba you won't go wrong with any of these

Sonys tend to be a pit more pricey but they do look good ( never used one)

I have a dell if that means any thing
