Typical, I got it.
managed to get onto Microsoft's site and got the patch and it seems ok now. is this all i have to do? I remember a previous worm needed 2 utils - 1 to fix the bug and another to get rid of the worm.

thanks but got rid now - couldn't beleive I was downloading the patch for it when it struck!
