Problem with Blueyonder e-mail aliases
Does anyone else have problems with Blueyonder 'forgetting' e-mail aliases which have been set up in Outlook Express?
Blueyonder e-mails addresses seem to be case sensitive so the e-mail addresses are set up like this:-
fredbloggs@blueyonder.co.uk
Fredbloggs@blueyonder.co.uk
FredBloggs@blueyonder.co.uk
This has been working fine for months, but all of a sudden some or all the aliases fail....... after a couple of hours on the phone to the BY helpdesk there is no conclusive answer - everything seems to be working again now, even though nothing was changed by the BY bloke.
It seems to me that this is likely to be a BY-side problem - any comments would be welcome.

BY e-mail does seem a bit hit and miss. I have set up aliases and then recieved e-mails from other people who have tried to set up the same aliases. BY seem not to control aliases (or at least not diligently) on there servers.
What exactly do you mean "aliases fail"?
Although I have not experienced the exact same problem, you may want to delete and then recreate your aliases (if not already done).
