Default Reliable POP3/SMTP Hosting

I currently run my own mail server at home for about 5 accounts for various family members for addresses @mydomain.com - although this is getting overkill and the server is now making the room hot now that the warmer weather is coming

Can anyone suggest a decent (and this is the kicker, i really hate it when i cant get to my e-mail as i rely on it all day every day) host for just a few e-mail accounts for my domain for not a massive amount of cash?

Cheers

David
