Xbox prince of Persia, Need help please
Wot a great game, quite refreshing from all the stealth games around at the moment. Reminds me of how the 1st Tomb Radier felt, original ideas, great graphics and fantasic gameplay. Even if you spend ages looking for the right route
Now Im having major greif and I'm only just starting the game, I can't get past the bit where you fight his father with the girl in the reception room. I've hacked at about 200 of the gaurds and can't seem to get enough hits in a row to kill off the dad. I've tried jumping over his back to freeze him but all he does is stand still you get one or two hits and then muggged by 4 of the red or blue guards. Let alone trying to get your health back up in the pool. Either you or the girl gets killed every time and its driving me nuts.
Any tips on this bit?

theres usually a zombie type creature hiding somewhere ,that you'll need to kill before you can attack the big blue daddy thing.
look up at the top of the stairs, thats where it was hiding for me, or do a quick flick of the left shoulder button but dont hold it to rewind ,and it mite appear

Yeah - jesus it gets hard.
I think on some of the levels the only way not to die is to use the sand dagger to paralise a few of em in a very swift move - then you can smack them into pieces without getting hurt.
Not played it for weeks now - about 50% through and its got very very hard.

I found fighting the standard way got more difficult as you went through.
However, if you always fight with your back against a wall/post and continually use the wall jump attack, it knocks them over and moves you very fast at the same time which gives you time to run back to the wall and do it again. Fighting this way made it a hell of a lot easier
