Dear All

I am trying to FTP to my PWP to upload new website files, but am having difficulty trying to log in. I have tried from various different locations and different types of FTP software but I am getting stuck at one point. I know my login and password are good as I am able to log into selfcare pages OK.
When I try to FTP I seem to be able to handshake with the server but then it comes back with a message box entitled "ftp.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk:21" which prompts me for my username and password again, but has a password protection box displayed aswell. Whatever I try in here, it does not let me past this point.
Anyone know what I am supposed to input here or where I am going wrong ? By the way, I am using CuteFTP at the moment to FTP to my webspace. I also get the same error message via Dreamweaver.

Try with PASV option on and off. Cant remember where it is in CuteFTP I use FlashFXP, probably in the connection options for your site or general options.
Or it might be a problem on the ISP side, if pasv option doesnt work, call em.
