XBox: Avalaunch + Quix - Superb !
Been testing out the combination of Avalaunch and Quix and have to say I'm well impressed ! 
Just upgraded from a 120Gb to a 250Gb HDD and Quix made it all nice and simple. Transferred a 27Gb ISO backup of part of my original drive to the new one in around 45 mins over the network
Transfer rates beat anything I've seen using FTP. Consistantly get 10,000kbps transfer rates. Goes like a rocket Handy for transferring your movies etc onto the HDD.
If you often transfer files to/from your X-Box its well worth a look
