XBox: Avalaunch + Quix - Superb !
 

Been testing out the combination of Avalaunch and Quix and have to say I'm well impressed ! :D

Just upgraded from a 120Gb to a 250Gb HDD and Quix made it all nice and simple. Transferred a 27Gb ISO backup of part of my original drive to the new one in around 45 mins over the network :)

Transfer rates beat anything I've seen using FTP. Consistantly get 10,000kbps transfer rates. Goes like a rocket :D Handy for transferring your movies etc onto the HDD.

If you often transfer files to/from your X-Box its well worth a look :)
