What exactly is adaware/spybot?
People talk about this quite a bit, but I have no idea what this is, can anybody explain?

Software programs to seek and remove spyware and adware (the stuff responsible (amongst other things) for a large proportion of the crap pop-ups etc we receive) from your PC
