Recycle bin
If it's been emptied can the files be retrieved? If so, how? Also, if the delete fodler in outlook 2000 has been emptied can the contents be found?

Trying them now. Also got hold of Search and Recover. Seems pretty good at finding and restoring deleted files though not having much luck with deleted emails but not too bad for $40
Do you know if emptied deleted folders can be retrieved? What about messages that are deleted whilst holding the shift key?
