i bought a new graphics card with a tv out function

its aperently a tvout/dvi thing?

anyway i have my monitor connectionm this other dhaped plug which is bigger and has loads more pins and this "video" socket which looks exactly like a ps/2 mouse/keyboard connection, i also got a load for this socket, how is this hooked up to my tv?
do i need sum kind of scart adapter?
the last card i had just had a plain old s-vhs style yellow plug and lead

i dont even know what to search google for??

 

The "video" socket which looks exactly like a ps/2 mouse/keyboard connection is an output socket for s-vhs. You just connect to the s-vhs input on your TV with the lead supplied.

 

you should of got a s-vhs adapter into a a/v lead, it looks like a phono lead
