Buckrogers

I have some animated banners, gif file type. I would like to reduce them in file size by 2kb to 4kb.

Anyone have any Software recommendations to do this?

What graphics software is good for viewing this type of file?

This software is absolutley superb for what you want to do, i.e. reduce the size of animated gifs.
