OK. I NEED help

I'm TOTALLY new to networking etc, and I've got Broadband this week

My kit is XP Pro, and the router is the EBuyer Origo ASR 8400 (4 port ADSL router). It's connected to the PC through the LAN port.

The bit I have got working is the Internet

However, I think the EZ setup has set the kit up using DHCP(?).

How do I get the XBox to connect to the net, through the router, so that I can use XBConnect (I'm chipped )

PLEASE HELP ME!!! It's stumped me for most of the day

I'm available on MSN if need be - I can explain any settings etc .

The next question will be how to setup the other two ports for my Powerbook and G4....

The PowerBook and the G4 should work via DHCP

You need to assign a static IP address for the X-Box, I cant remember teh exact setup for XBConnect off hand though.

Hi Ian,
Yeh, pretty sure that the Macs will work fine (after all, they're Macs )

However, the ballache is the XBox...

Anybody else got some ideas/assistance?
