Question Secure Digital (SD) memory cards

Can anyone recommend a good brand of SD card? I currently use a Lexar card (which is about 18 months old) in my digital camera, but transfer speeds when the camera is on it's highest quality picture settings, are extremely slow, i.e. minutes, rather than seconds.

I don't know if this is the fault of the card or the camera.

I've seen a new Lexar card which has a speed rating of 32X, but I have no idea what that means!

Lexar are fine but your camera has to support the fast standard to use the 32x (mine doesn't ).
