paypal virus emails

anyone else get these? Saying paypal account has expired and the email contains a virus, I can block the virus ok but I get about 3 a day and its really starting to pi$$ me off because avg throws up a dialog box everytime this happens right in the middle of whatever I am doing.

If I could catch the f**ker I'd ring his neck!
