Hi all
I have a Sony Ericsson T68i and want to connect it via IR to my Psion 5MX, in order to send SMS messages with a proper keyboard.
It all worked fine with my previous Nokia phone, but I can't get it to work with the T68i. I get an error message about not being able to initialise the phone whenever I try sending an SMS message. (Moving the phone out of range gives a different error, so I know that the phone is at least responding in some way).
Can anyone suggest how I might set up the various options (baud rate, initialisation string, flow control etc) to make it work?
Failing that, can anyone suggest some software to let me send SMS (with or without the phone - my laptop has IR) using the PC instead?
Ta
Andy.

Chuck it in the bin, and buy a new one prolly easiest
Mine is being repaired as we speak for the 2nd time, I have heard others having nightmares with the bluetooth. The new generation SE are miles better...
