Excel File advice needed

Hi peeps,
Hope someone can help.
One of my users has a spreadsheet (excel 2000) she does daily, now it refused to work last night and I did a restore from the previous nights tape. However it still doesn't work
Now this file wants to open macros (it always has before) but it comes up with an error "Microsoft Visual Basic File not found" and doesnt load the spreadsheet
As far as im aware it doesnt use any external files and I can't open this file. I can however view it with the groupwise Excel viewer.
I also did a virus scan to check no viruses, all was clear.
Any ideas ?
