TVR in PGR2 ???

How do you get to buy the TVR, Porsche & Merc Ulitimate cars ? I've skipped all the way thru the game just on novice to get to the ultimate car section and completed that at the bottom level with the Enzo, do I now have to complete this level at the next level up (bronze or beginner) ? or what.
