Need to replace the disk in my desktop PC @ work. Used Ghost 2003 to image from old to new.
No probs until I rebooted and it complained that it couldn't check the authentication. Only hardware change is the drive itself.
PC is a Dell Dimension with the Dell copy of XP Pro SP1 installed. Installing from their CD doesn't require any activation codes as long as it's Dell hardware.
Any ideas if it can be fixed? Soon as the message is displayed, it logs me out
