Browser Pal- Pop Up Blocker
Google Toolbar- Pop Up Blocker
Do a search on www.google.com and you will find all of thses relatively easy.

For popup blocker I use the google task bar which you download from the google homepage. Seems to do the trick 
For Spyware I have Lavasoft Ad-aware 6

download the web-browser Mozilla. Faster than IExplorer and comes with an effective built in pop up blocker... apart from that the google web bar works well but I hear it has been seemingly responsible for crashing the browser from time to time, but then thats nothing new is it
