PayPal WORM VIRUS .pif?????

i still keep getting Emails about a paypal account ready to expire!
i don't use paypay.. never have.. but these Emails come with virus' attached.
sometimes in my OutLook Express i get a sound to say i hav new Email.. but nothing in my inbox... but i see that there is one un read.. or more messages in my deleted box.. these are the paypay emails.. already put themselves in there!
how do i stop them?
anyone else having this problem?
what is the virus attached?
i don't open themm just return delete them perminanly.
ps.. you can't Email block then either!
