Bizarre as it may seem, turn your XBox on, don't put a disk in or anything. When the screen goes dark, it randomly talks to you in some strange electronic voice at intermittent intervals. Might take a while to happen, but it does do it!

Haven't a clue what it says, would be intrigued to know though. Only found out cos we couldn't decide what DVD to watch

Yep, perfectly normal

You will hear an odd robot voice occasionally.
If you are listening to music through the dashboard, then you can press 'Y', then 'X' for a fullscreen visualisation thingy. You can also get this by pressing the 'INFO' button on your Xbox DVD Remote.
Also, if you name one of the tracks in a custom soundtrack as '<<EggsBox>>' (where the << and >> are the one character symbols, and the B is the german type letter thing), you will get a credits list
