Does anyone use an apple ipod for jogging/biking. Considering taking mine out on my runs but have read some feedback on the web saying they skip although holding it in your hand seems to be a suggested solution - anyone take theirs on exercise?

exercising - hmmm I am sure I have heard that word before, is that the bit between leaving the house and getting in the car?
