Long shot but can anyone help with the following or point me to good resources:-

*setting up a symantec vpn200 firewall to accept vpn connections, opening up ports for remote control (see below)

*setting up a 2k dc or bdc to accept vpn connections through above, client side easy but not sure about config of r&ra

*best option for remote control dc through vpn, dameware, terminal services is running on dc in admin mode, VNC etc
