Two routes:

i) Give him a quick tap on the back end and send him into a spin!

OR

ii) Become a faster driver.

Get a hotring racer or a fast car before the mission and park it
after the first right hand turn. Think its near a bridge. After the mission started, take off in the sentinel, the car you parked should still be there. park up and get in to the other car, get out of the sentinel and into the other car.

you should then be able to beat him.

OK the similair topic, how do you win on the biker mission? You know, the one where you have to "make loads of noise" or summat like that.

1. Collect about 40-50 molatovs
2. before you enter the bar/start the mission, nick some cars and park them up outside the bar.
3. Hoik a molatov at the cars, getting you a star/ wanted level.
4. Enter the bar and start mission
5. Soon as you get outside, run as fast as you can up the fire escape to the right, past the biker shack and to the point on the roof overlooking the bar.
6. Hoik them molatovs at everything that moves and use the RPG/Rocket launcher to take out the helicopter
