Norton has detected this virus on my computer and says it cant remove it. What can i do?

Search the net for cwshredder.zip and run the exe in there, may also be worth downloading and running the stinger from www.networkassociates.com

tried the step by step guide on Microsoft but it wont let me delete it. Ill try those ta.

Ive finally got the microsoft step by step guide to work, ive deleted the necersary files butr the virus is still there. Any ideas what i can do now?!
