Is it possible to make a caricature using P/shop 7 of picture of someones face?
I know that with time and ability it would be possible, but i have neither
Just wanted to know of any short cuts

If you have a photo to start with and want the end result to be a photo as well, then look at the Transform tools on the Edit menu. This allows you to select an area and stretch it etc.
