Chiark,

I noticed in another thread that you have turbocharged your Libretto to run at a lightning 266Mhz

Can I do anything to one of these : http://www.asico.net/portege_3010ct.html , its already 266, I wondered if I can wring any more speed out of it, and if so if its worth it?

Full spec here: http://www.asico.net/3010ct.html

cheers,

Mike.

Not sure - there's a mailing list for librettos, and a few people have a portege on there so I'll ask...

TBH, I think you may be stuffed as there seems to be a hard limitation of 266MHz on the libby board. Going faster would require lots of component changes, rather than a blob of solder across two contact pads on the mobo.
