Question

What cable do I need to connect these two machines together. Have bodged it together before using firewire but are their any other solutions.

plug them directly together if they both have network cards using a CROSSOVER cable (rj45 ethernet) or if you have a hub plug them into that with regular rj45 cables.

Or if you are lacking network card/adaptors you can use a USB transfer cable....
