Hotmail Problem

My brother is having a problem with his Hotmail account. He will write a message out & send it but the recipient just gets a blank page with no text 
Any ideas guys?

I have the same trouble
When you reply to a message, it doesnt load all of the page. What i did was hit reply, then once it looks like the page has been loaded, hit refresh. It then loads the entire page. Your know if this works cause more things appear the second time.
Then you can send an email.
