I was having a wee surf through eBay (dangerous, I know !) and noticed a load of the iTrip things for sale.
Can I get one of these dudes for my 5gig older iPod ?

You should be able too, I have just got an Itrip for my pod it is great for the car. Remember it is illegal to use in the UK as you are technically becoming a pirate radio station albiet in a 10m radius

OK, so I have a vested interest as the conceiver and distributor of the Dension ice>Link:iPod but feedback from our booth at MacExpo was that everyone who had purchased an iTrip felt that they had wasted their money.

You its true these are illegal in the UK. Just by one of the ipod auto adapter kits.

For £23 the iTrip is a bloody marvellous little gadget (albeit illegal!)! Highly recommended - especially as it's under half the price of, say, clear indicators and about 7000 times as useful
