Have you installed the Divx codec ?

Download GSpot and load the file into it, this will tell you which codecs you need to play the file

Try AVIcodec. This program will analyse the movie and tell you which video and audio codecs are reqd. and even gives links to them. Find it here-http://avicodec.duby.info/
