JOY!! What a cracking little phone this is, with a 128MB memory card not only can you play full movies on it (I'm currently watching Matrix Reloaded) but you can get a gameboy colour emulator, a remote control program for all your infra red devices (TV, DVD, VCR etc), video recorder, MP3 player, camera and you can play N-Gage games on it too. Oh and my new favourite program - "Bemused" allows me to control winamp on my PC from anywhere in the house. Great for parties as you can wander anywhere and have total control of the playlist in your hand. It connects via bluetooth to your PC and is easy to set up. Anyone thinking of getting a new phone should seriously consider the 3650 as it officialy kicks ***.

It's been superceded by the Nokia 6600 a much better handset

go to www.nokiafree.org (I think) or just do a google search for 3650 forums, many have links to free to join yahoo groups with all the relevant software. My advice for converting movies to rm files (best quality)is to get Helix Producer Plus 9 (find a crack for it too - easy enough)and change the resolution to 176 (maintain aspect ratio and it'll adjust the other figure itself). Also encode the video with the realmedia 8 setting at smooth motion and the audio as 128KB IDSN - voice. It takes a couple of hours for a full movie like Matrix Reloaded but is well worth it. Will post more when I get home as I don't have all my info at work. You can also try using the nokia multimedia converter which is available from nokia.com, this easily converts vids into 3gp format and is good for all them simpsons episodes/ other tv shows you get from kazaa. The best vid player to use for this format is PVplayer which allows you to view vids at full screen.
