NAT/Internal Addressing via Windows ICS

When you setup a home lan sharing one broadband connection and use static internal IPs on the other PC's. Does Windows Internet Connection Sharing provide a NAT function between your static IP'd boxes and your gateway PC (i.e. the one takig a dhcp IP for your broadband ISP)?
