excel wizz's please help

gf has almost finished her disitation, got a call from her about 15 mins ago, most of the graphs in her disitation have either gone wrong, showing a red cross or scewing the graph out of shape. As far as i can tell, she has not re-named the graph files so they are being misread. These were all fine before, all she has done today is add more work i.e. typing, doing nothing to the graphs or excel files.

Basically need to know if anyone has come across this before? I will be heading there straight from work to see if i can sort this, I have a reasonable amount of knowledge in excel, but i have never heard of what she is telling me about?

Any ideas please peeps, would be much appreciated.

Question

The red cross implies that the file or graph in excel cannot be found. Has she moved any files. What is the dis in word ?
