We use a vigor 2600.
here
We have a bunch of fixed ip's behind it (well, actually behind smoothwall).
All the extra stuff can be turned off, but you might be able to find a router somewhere for less cash that does what you want (ie. without nat firewall etc etc)
Richie.

I need a DSL router for a business DSL connection i.e.
Small subnet of fixed Internet address talking over ethernet to a router which then goes to DSL then to the ISP etc etc.
I dont want the router to do NAT, Firewall or otherwise get in the way of passing IP packets
I'm finding it hard to tell from some of the specs which one can work as a straight router *without* NAT or firewall.
Anyone know if this one will....

Deano
Have a look at the Zyxel Prestige stuff at http://www.zyxel.co.uk
Nice bit of kit and do everything plus lots more should they need it - plus theres a CLI
I use one myself - even with the wireless kit as an add-on. I'm impressed.

Deano Deano Deano ..... you muppet
A lot of routers perform Non-NAT - However, your choice in the Zoom X3 doesn't
For low cost/sturdy routers then consider the following D-Link DSL-504, DG834 or the SMC7404BRA - All three will pass public IP addresses unscathed
