One of my support guys normally looks after it but he's off on hols and someones put a fax in the queue to go out with the wrong number on it and I've just had ear ache from BT annoyance calls dept as its been calling some old dear all morning....

The question is how the hell do you delete a fax thats in the queue on the server????.. am I going mad cos I'll be damned if I can work out how to do it. Zetafax 7.5 by the way.

Thumbs up

If it's not too late,
Go to the server which houses the queues, under the zetafax dir there will be a directory for each user, under there is an in and out, in the 'in' for the relevant user, delete the most recent entry.
I think that will do it..

Ian.
