No but I have a 3D studio one, which can most probably be exported in DXF format 
I got it off some website somewhere and was using it to mess around with making a driving game thing (that I have sorta stopped with
)

Probably easier if you just download what I was messing about with as the model is in there in 3ds format and easy to poach
I even separated out the images that get mapped on to it so you change them quite easily.
Get it here. If you want to have a play around with it, press F1 and it'll tell you the keys
Still loads needs doing to it, but I got sidetracked onto something else.
