Theory is the same irrespective of where the pictures come from.
You have to transfer pictures from camera to PC, then from PC to somewhere on the internet. You can use webspace provided by your ISP, or an uploader like Photobucket
Then, in your post you enter the path (URL) of the picture with [ img] at the front and [ /img] at the end, removing all spaces. Photobucket supply the URL underneath each picture you have uploaded to your album, so its just a matter of copy/paste and add the IMG codes as above.
To show this picture:
the code would be [ img]http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/images/emblem.jpg[ /img]
removing the spaces within the square brackets. You can see exactly how it should be entered if you click the edit () button on this post.
