Internet explorer home page keeps changing?

Why does my internet explorer home page default to http://globe-finder.cc/.......?

I have set the home page I want in internet explorer options, but every time I power on again it defaults back to globe-finder.......!

Virus check came up clean!

Get AdAware and run it. Sounds like you have spyware/adware on your system that is changing your homepage.
