importing contacts into lotus notes

After using Ms Mail / Outlook for nearly 10 years, My current employer has actioned a global rollout of Lotus Notes and "banning" outlook.
aggghhhhh.
I have about 5000 contacts in my current contacts in Outlook XP. I need a good way of exporting out of outlook (easy enough using the tools) but how the hell do you import into Lotus Notes 5 ??.
any help appreciated.
