Nokia 3650, how do you send video by e-mail

Just got a nice little 3650, am taking it to the states in a couple of days and would like to send some captured footage home by e-mail. How do I set up this feature on t-mobile and how do i send and recieve messages over there? If anyone uses this phone and can tell me I would be most grateful ta!
