Laptop - have spec & need recommendations

Morning all,
A friend wants a laptop with built in firewire, SV Video out, CD/RW DVD combo drive, modem, WinXP and a nice carry case.
He's not too fussed about the rest of the spec as long as it's reasonable, probably 20GB hard drive, 14" Screen, 256MB RAM as a minimum.
Any suggestions?
