Publisher 98 convert to 97?

A mate has made up a document in Publisher 98 on a demo version. It is now time expired. We have access to Publisher 97 but it will not read the document.
Is there any cheap and easy way of getting the thing converted? The file is large ~ 60 MB

Upgrade to a higher version than 98 then 
I didnt know they did Demo versions of Publisher??? I have 2003 so I could save it out as a template... you could upload to my ftp if you want and I will pop it back converted.
