My pc won't allow me to acess the search facility or put anything in a shopping basket on any site. I get the message "Enable Cookies" I have done this and the problem persists. This is driving me nuts, please help.

Try cleaning out your temp internet files and your SSL cache. Sometimes when it's so full it has trouble locating anything else.

Check the settigns of your cookies in the privicy section of Interner Explorer.

Tools>Options>Privicy>

There is a section here which says 'Web Sites' click teh Edit Button, type scoobynet.co.uk and click Add.

By entering Scoobynet.co.uk in there you are overriding any other cookie handling on your computer for the Scoobynet.co.uk domain.

In that case what I would suggest is to get the server to send you out your password to your e-mail address in your profile by clicking the link below:-

Forgot Password

Once you have recieved this, then go to the Scoobynet Login Page (link below again) and enter the details exactly as in the e-mail including capitals etc...

ScoobyNet Login Page
