Excel Question

We are putting our monthly work schedule onto Excel, the paper one is costing us a fortune in Tipex
Basically it is a list of Staff in a column on the left with their wherabouts displayed on the right. The problem is that once you get half way through week 2 of the month, you cant get the staff name and the wherabouts on the screen at the same time.
I need to be able to scroll the month behind the column of names, I'm sure its very simple, but that little paper clip chappy is just no help whatsoever

Sorry it took so long to reply 
There is at least one other way you can do the same, but that is probably the quickest.
(Try Click B2, Window > Split - does the same but with thicker dividing lines)
